Ghostly Practice is an advanced embodied workshop structured as a slow, sustained movement meditation that guides participants through durational states of sensing, listening, and ritual attention. The practice unfolds through a sequence of guided conditions including grounding, collective breath-work, blindfolded micromovement, somatic visualization, and periods of stillness and waiting, initiating movement from the breath.
The session concludes with grounding and collective reflection, offering participants a rigorous somatic methodology for engaging bodily (re)memory, beyond-sense temporalities, and more-than-human relations through durational attention and shared presence.
